30 for 30 Challenge Outfit Rundown

Hello my dear friends :)  I hope that you each had wonderful weekends!  I got to see my sisters and it was WONDERFUL!  Weekends like that are always so short because I miss my boofaces so much. How was your weekend?

Since the 30 day challenge is over I thought I would give you guys the rundown from day one to thirty :)  I really had a lot of fun doing this and learned a lot.  There are definitely some things that I would do differently next time, but it was a super learning experience.  Which day was your favorite?

Day 30- Finish Line!

I MADE IT!  Day 30 has arrived and although I dare not use the word successfully, I have been able to make 30 outfits out of one pair of leggings, seven shirts, eight skirts, four dresses, four jackets/vest, and six pairs of shoes without repeating one outfit or putting something together that I have worn in the past.  I gotta say, although tough at times, it was a lot of fun.  It really stretched my creative muscles and I ended up with outfits that I wouldn’t I come up with if I hadn’t been pushed.  On the other hand though, I am happy that I can start circulating some new items into the ole wardrobe!

Guess what? It seems as though Katie and I both have bathroom pics today! Must be the cool thing to do. I tried to crop out my head because I’m not wearing any makeup but that just looked weird. Today is no makeup Wednesday. Coincidentally it was no makeup Monday and Tuesday. I like sleep and to sleep in till the last possible minute. This means not a lot if time to get ready and since unfortunately it’s illegal to go naked in public, clothes become priority number one with makeup coming in last. At least that is how I justify it. There is hope for Thursday and Friday though! And at least my outfit is cute:)

Sooooooooo I’m shamefaced….my camera uses rechargeable batteries and I left them on the charger before I left the house today…so needless to say I couldn’t take pictures at work today.  I can’t upload picture from my camera at home so bathroom cell phone pictures it is….*embarrassed*

Day 26- Wash, Rinse, Repeat

What a fabulous weekend!  I hope yours was as well :)  God is still working on me with having patience but it is majorly paying off.  Do you find it funny that most times patience and faith go hand in hand?  Both of those characteristics have been stretched as of late, but it is amazing to watch the unveiling of what is going on…love it!

Day 25- Good Love and Fellowship

With another week underneath our belt I’m sure we are all breathing a sigh of relief for another beautiful Friday!  I am most definitely looking forward to a weekend filled with hubby time, church and great fellowship.  My husband and I are going on a date tonight then tomorrow we lead worship at church.  Then to bring the weekend to a lovely close, life groups start up and ours meets at our house on Sunday afternoon.  How is your weekend shaping up?
